Nothing the place was closed and booking.com knew it was closed so I didn't get to stay there at all.

That it was closed and that booking.com knew it was closed and they still let me book there anyway and took $110 for a place that I didn't even get to stay at.

The employee, Derrick, was extremely nice and helpful. He helped us find another location.

When we arrived there was no water,so we had to relocate to another location. Dead mouse in lobby.

Hotel is closed for renovations. So we had to find a different hotel for $150.00. I want to be refunded my $65.97 that was paid by credit card on July 1, 2024.

"Hotel not open! Charged for no hotel room"

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! There was nothing to like. The hotel was not open. There was no staff there. There were no cars and no people. We paid for nothing and booking.com won't resolve it. I will NEVER use their service again.

Not having a place to stay. This was the worst hotel I have ever booked in my life. They were not open. I would never reco booking here as the other local hotel said they haven't been in service for 5 months. I called and left a message for the hotel the night we stayed 6 days ago and never received a call. Booking.com won't do anything. This is TERRIBLE!
