Nasty Dirty Smelly Unsafe

Ok if all you need is bed and hot shower.

The people that work there are really really nice. The building needs to be upgraded.

The bill needs to be upgraded. It was raining pretty hard and everything kind of flooded having to walk through big puddles not close to where you parking at all.

Upon 7:15 pm arrival, my room had been given to another party. I was asked if I could cancel my reservation. At 8:20, they managed to have a room ready for me. There wasn’t soap products in bathroom, and upon request, they said they didn’t have any available!

This was so bad I couldn’t even check in.

Hotel was easy to find

Tv in the room did not work. Staff came and put a Roku stick on the tv, still didnt work. Parking is haphazard. No cups, shampoo or soap supplied in the room. No coffee maker in the room,as was advertised. One small 10 cup coffee maker in the common area where they serve a bad continental breakfast. And for some reason. All three places to get dinner in town closed at 5p.m. ! We had to drive 22 miles to a other town to get dinner.

Place looks to of been an old hotel that is being brought back to life. Lots of work done and even more needs to be done. Their parking needs to be graded and beer cans picked up, definitely a turn off. They charged an extra $100.00 security fee which is ridiculous. I can understand wanting to get income but some of the things that need doing is a safety hazard and should be addressed first.

Rooms were very dirty and from interstate 90 the leoperty looks like its out of service. There is not even a sign on I90 foe this hotel! There was no staff present when we got there. Finally ran into the counter lady..she showed me to my room on swcond level..the wood structure buiding felt like it was gonna fall over walking up the steps. Trash everywhere. A cat followed up and at the top of steps there was cat crap all over. Saw that the lights to our room was already on. Got inside and was killing mosquitos for about an hour so my kids wouldnt gwt eatin alive. There was about 100 of them. Door was damaged..our cards didnt work. No crap my kida were crying they didnt want to stay there they were scared. Beds were rock hard. Toilet didnt work. No towels and 1 pillow in the 2 bed unit. Shows breakfast foe the morning there was nothin there. No host in morning either to take our room keys. Others left bad notes on the front counter!!Half the propertys lights did not work..the dumpster out front looked like it wasnt dumped for like a year next to junkyard vehicle's Honestly this buildind needs to be abut down and im gonna bite down and see what i can do to make it happen. NOT SAFE FOR ANY FAMILY!! Wouldnt even stay there if i got payed to it was that bad. The worst place we have ever stayed out in my entire life. And it ruined our weekend and it only started at that place..
