Seaport Suites

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which is the main thing in a hotel room. The refrigerator and microwave were useful during our stay and the shower was roomy and had plenty of pressure.

The room needed a de-humidifier without running the AC. The temperature was perfect without the AC running, but the humidity in the room was off the charts with condensation being an issue. Also, since we were off-season, some of the amenities were not running. No coffee bar, no pool, no breakfast that we saw anywhere.

All of it.

The location

We had people above us that sounded like they were having a party and were going to come through the floor.This went on till 3 am and started at 6 am .We contacted the front desk they supposedly addressed it and it just continued .My children couldn’t even stay because they couldn’t sleep .They went and stayed with family .We. Stayed on the 2 floor .After the stay I contacted management by Email several times and no one has yet to respond .They obviously don’t care about pleasing customers and only care about making money .

Great location

Room wasn't adequately clean. Items left over from the previous guest(s), hair in the bathroom. Needs updating

Pool and cabanas were great! Queen suite was comfortable for four.

Lack of coffee in off season

Very clean and up to date. Spacious and just the right value. The proximity to the boardwalk makes everything so easy.

I wish it was on the beach but it’s very close!
