I hated the location, but the thing that absolutely ruined it for me was the fact that you might think having your car valeted upon arrival is a nice perk. Just a word to the wise! If you have to stay there, park your car on the street by yourself. I used the valet service upon arrival and did not see my car again until we were checking out. We packed up our bags, drove home and parked in my driveway behind my house. The next day I went back to my daily routine and returned to work. Drove to work and after parking my vehicle and exiting my car, I noticed a dent in my drivers side rear door. You could tell immediately it was from another vehicles door. I was very upset but what made it even worse was the number of times I had to call to get someone to return my call and hear my complaint. I called no less than 4 times and I sent 3 emails over the next seven days. I was furious. When finally I was contacted by the manager regarding the damage to my car it was apparent in the first minute of the conversation that I was screwed. The managers reply was, “I am sorry, but our policy regarding these kind of situations is, if the complaint is not made before you leave the property then we can not be held liable”. I knew at that moment I was not going to get any resolve through Seaport Suites. So on top of the 2,800 I paid for a three day stay, it cost me another 650 to have that dent repaired. The whole place is overrated. Don’t waste your time or money here. For a couple more hundred plan your trip before hand and rent a whole house for a week with a pool. They are out there for rent. I have been looking already for next year, because I am not going to end up with limited choices again and end up staying at Seaport Suites again. Never again. NEVER!!!
