Fair away from shore, no drinking water , no enough toilet paper . Way To expensive

We like the cleanliness of the building, the equipment is new. There's no stove or toaster. The hotel is in a perfect location. It's worth mentioning the heated pool, which is a big plus. We stayed for six nights. My family recommends it. Friendly stuff❤️

The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Two blocks from the boardwalk.

I was told the pool bar would be open all week. The pool bar was closed all week. I was told there was a restaurant in the hotel that served breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant was closed until 4:00 p.m. each day. They also advertise a coffee shop in the lobby of the hotel. They do not advertise that. The coffee shop is only open on weekends. At check-in they insisted that we wear wristbands and that any of my guests had to wear them. My guests were not provided with these wristbands, and they were not checked by anybody the whole week we were there. And lastly, the cabanas by the pool did not have working TVs. While this wasn't necessary to enjoy the pool, why have five big screen TVs if they aren't going to work?

From the moment I pulled up to the valet, everything went down hill from there, I had called earlier for early check in and was told I could arrive at 1 pm. Well that was not the case, my room was not ready till 305 pm. I was told there was a coffee shop in lobby as well as heated pool and tiki bar and full restaurant. The coffee shop was closed everyday of my stay, restaurant did not open till 4pm and pool was ice cold, I went to front desk to complain about all of these problems and not one person had a solution. The hotel was very empty till Wednesday of the week, and then people started to come and complain and suddenly on our last day the pool was hot. From management to hotel staff, everyone seemed very confused and unaware of any type of solution that could be given. Housecleaning was terrible sheets were not changed , all that was done was beds were made and towels left for us.Very disappointing especially because of price of stay. The area around the hotel was not safe at all, they should really document the area is which this hotel is in.

Great location and perfect for families. The staff, especially the valets were kind and attentive. We enjoyed the pool as well as the cafe in the lobby and restaurant on site. Close to boardwalk and the beach so never a dull moment during our stay.

When we arrived the suite appeared to be clean at first glance but I always clean and disinfect surfaces when I stay at a hotel and I found way to much hair and grime in the bathroom. Also, upon doing a bed check my husband noticed that the sheets had many stains - just too gross to sleep comfortably even though we knew they were washed. We had to ask for them to be changed which they did immediately. Also the beds were not that comfortable so I didn't have the best sleep there.

I really liked how exceptionally clean the hotel. Was. This hotel was newly built a few years ago. It is immaculately clean. I really liked that there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in the shower We also appreciated the location, two blocks to the beach and Morey's Pier. The hotel has a pool that we had heard was very comfortable. The water was not too cold. We did not utilize the pool but there seemed to be plenty of seating available. There was a small coffee shop downstairs and in the area there were several eateries. It's a great location. It is kept abundantly clean. There's a full size refrigerator microwave and plates and utensils. We had two queen beds and a couch bed with two TVs in our room. It was more than sufficient. I highly recommend stressing the fact that it is newer and clean. Thanks for a great stay.
