The staff was nice and the building was cute. Coffee bar is included with your stay. Front desk staffed all day. No contact check-in and check-out.

Money saved by staying here will be spent on parking. Parking is not included with the booking despite some conflicting information online. Room could have been cleaner--found a receipt in the door of the refrigerator.

I normally do not do reviews because I know inconvenient things happen but I should have done more research before booking this hotel. AVOID this place!! First there was no warning about the extreme construction issues in the city. it took me almost 30 minutes of driving in circles to find the building. There was no warning about the parking. The only nearby option was a $10 per day (somewhat sketchy) parking lot. My biggest issue was the almost $600 charge on my bank account by Sonder that was explained to me as a "glitch" with the system. They tried me telling me it was not them that it was Expedia but it was CLEARLY Sonder that charged me. After several emails and phone calls they confirmed the mistake then told me that it could take 7-10 days for me to get a refund. I did receive my refund but it was not until the next day after I got home. The halls of the building and room had a weird smell. The thermostat barely worked, and there was no vent in the bathroom. I will never book one of these places again!

This place is so cute, modern and clean. There were two bathrooms, a big balcony and a kitchenette. The area was great too, a short walk to the Excel Energy Center. Would definitely stay here again, Sonder doesn’t disappoint.

The staff was what made this a five-star experience. Thank you all for everything!

Like everything about the property. The only bad knock I would give against it was the fact that it had construction work going on all around it.

There was no breakfast offered.

The next time we stay, I will opt for the larger room. The room we had was best for only one person. The bed/mattress and bedding was excellent and the furnishings were very well done.

Its a small cozy and clean place and also quite which I really needed. I loved my stay
