Roami at The Fitz

It was so hot in our room. Due to the age of the biodiversity g the air conditioning doesn’t work great. We also couldn’t park there even though there were a ton of open spots or room “didn’t come with parking” we had to pay to park at a lot and walk through a construction zone. I was also never sent an email with check-in instructions for the code to get in the building. The room was nice other than it being 79 degrees

All the bedding had stains, it was 73°. You couldn’t change the temperature. There was like no AC. It was extremely difficult to get any sleep. I will not be staying here again.

Great suite and amenities. Private bedroom space and bathroom. Quiet environment restaurants in walking distance. Close to Excel Center and Convention center.

The proximity to the centre was excellent. A tea towel needs to be provided to dry dishes. Woken one night by a group of youths using the nearby multi storey car to zoom around on e scooters - very noisy. The long hours of the road construction made it very noisy at times. Your front counter staff are polite, pleasant and very helpful. Bed was very comfortable and facilities good.

The room was lovely. A studio with a small cooking area. It was just what I wanted. The location was a bit odd. Desolate at night and on the weekends, but I wasn’t there for adventure just needed a place where I could chill. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Hall ways and lifts a bit grubby. Surrounding and adjacent streets a construction zone. didn’t affect me much as I was awake well before work started, but would annoy some people.

Customer Service Horrible Parking not include was told to not go off the website or Marriott only go off of Sonders verbal rules, needed to pay daily (even though we booked our stay with them) Someone obviously a worker went into our room while we were away left the lights we turned off on! Soap provided were all used and half way filled left in the shower for us. Room got cancelled last minute due to Expedia and Sonders refusing to agree on their payment terms then put us right in middle ending solution room was "reinstated" but we got downgraded to a smaller room that we did NOT select OR originally paid for. Will NEVER book through Expedia or with Sonders again! Also this review post had the option to upload photos but does not let me upload.

Friendly staff, though the night person didn’t seem to “know his way around.”

The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in ages. It was pretty groady.
