"Great hotel to stay at!"

Great hotel! Rooms were large and was especially nice to have a seating area that was a larger couch and didn’t have to just sit on the beds. Rooms and hotel were very clean, staff was super helpful! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back !

"Amazing"

We traveled for a youth hockey tournament, being a family of 6 we are normally scrunched into a small hotel room. The springhills rooms were so roomy and our two queen bedroom slept 6 of us with the use of the trundle bed! Staff was so friendly and room was so clean, best hotel in the area!

"Highly Recommend"

Our son's hockey team recently stayed at this hotel, and we had a fantastic experience. Kevin at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and enjoyable. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The bartender provided excellent service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and the security guard was professional and attentive, ensuring everyone felt safe and comfortable. "Perfection in Portage"

This hotel exceeds expectations every time. The customer service is wonderful and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast is awesome and the workers keep it clean and stocked until the end! The bar area at night is a terrific idea for snacks and drinks. Repeat customer for as long as you stay amazing. Thank you for the great service Kevin!!

"Great stay in Kalamazoo"

Kevin-(guest services manager) was great, hotel was clean. Room as advertised. We had a great stay and recommended for future stays. Close by Restaurants, family activities. Loved the pool and hot tub, kept the kids busy during the day. Thanks again

"Watch out for a breakfast credit"

I was surprised to find out after the fact that there was a credit for breakfast. They didn't mention it when I checked in, not when I had my breakfast - and paid for it, and not when I checked out five minutes after I finished my breakfast. They even went back to check with the breakfast person...and still didn't mention that I could pay just 4 dollars instead of 14. I noticed it when I was already too far to go back.
