"So wonderful I extended my stay!"

The room is so clean, with incredibly comfortable bedding, the staff is excellent - I'm handicapped so need help with certain things, and they were great! I decided to stay 7 nights rather than 5. I'm visiting family, and met others here on business - I highly recommend Spring Hill Suites of Portage/Kalamazoo

Our room was facing the highway, so the noise was considerable. Aside from that, staff were excellent and everything was clean and fresh. Pool was nice. I would definitely stay again the next time a visit to Kalamazoo deems necessary!

"Smelled like pizza but overall a nice place"

Nice and clean hotel. The room smelled like pizza for some reason—reason could not be found. The pool and hot tub was nice. Breakfast only open until 9AM!

"5 STARS IN EVERY WAY!!!"

We stayed at the Springhill Suites Kalamazoo-Portage two weekends in a row, with our high school wrestling team. Both times, the staff went above and beyond with their accommodations and hospitality. Upon arrival for our MHSAA team state finals event, the hotel even had "welcome" water bottles waiting for us, complete with our high school logo printed on them! The bartender was quick to recommend local restaurants for our catering needs, the security was kind and welcoming, and the front desk even allowed for late checkouts to help out family members who were there to watch their wrestlers compete. This is ALWAYS our hotel of choice when staying in the Kalamazoo area and we hope to continue going back year after year with our team. We cannot say enough positive things about everyone who works there or the cleanliness and excellent location of the hotel. It's rare to find such hospitality these days...way to go!
