Perfect little cottage! Space was clean and comfortable. Only thing missing was a closet and rack to hang clothing.

"Excellent"

Weather was cool. so we turned off the A/C. Refrigerator was off when we arrived, and freezer compartment full of water, but we called Marina Bay and a man came and emptied the water. We turned the refrigerator thermostat back on. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient for sightseeing in New London, Groton, and Mystic.

"A nice home base near Niantic / East Lyme"

Lovely little cottage, close to Niantic and the boardwalk. Host was responsive when one of us was back without the key. Would stay again!
