Okay place. Good location

Workers were not friendly at all. Especially the 2 older women on nights. They were super rude. Hampton Inn across the street is much better.

Great hotel

Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast layout was great. Facilities new and generally clean. BUT we went two nights of our stay without our room being serviced and the TV systems are not intuitive at all. Worst I have experienced. Just to get to a Channel, any channel, was perplexing. Ice machine on 3rd floor remained out of service our entire 4-day stay. Needed extra luggage valet in room. Front desk said they do not have extras.

A little bummed the pool was not finished but for one night it was a great stop

This was a really nice hotel - you could tell it was very newly opened. There were some details that were not complete, but they did not impact our stay at all. Close to everything, friendly front desk attendant, and comfortable pillows - which isn’t always the case!

The best thing for me was the location. It's at the heart of everything and nothing is more than 10 minutes away.

I have no complaints.

room was not cleaned Saturday. kids running up and down the hall Saturday night kids were lighting and throwing fire works at each other in the parking lot and hitting cars.

Fire alarm middle of night. Went to the desk to ask if ... a prank or is there a real problem? " the girl at the desk....snarled ...at me and snipped back * "there is no problem." Ok then! Wow! Had my name wrong ... when checking in.was told there was no reservation. Lucky for me, they found the error. It was then like I had to prove the reservation was for myself!!! Annoying
