The front desk girl didn’t not greet me had a attitude only 2 elevators that was working it was difficult getting on and off so many people,for a resort wow.room smelled like mold cheap wash cloth & towels the small refrigerator was in the closet

So many amenities

A little dated

Love the variety of pools.

Stray hairs on towels and flies and bugs all around the pool chairs

Clean and comfortable

Needs some updating / painting in the bathrooms

Locations

It's not at all wheelchair accessible. We had our 3 yr old who was in a wheelchair and it was hard. Never a handicap spot for parking open told of she needed wheelchair accessible to the beach she would have to go through the garage and use public access.

Slight musty smell. Towels/trash not serviced daily. A challenge to activate the TVs.

We loved all of the amenities including the gift shop, bowling, arcade, the many pools, hot tubs, the restaurant, the adult only bar, and the poolside bar. The staff was very nice and we were given plenty of towels by housekeeping. The room itself was nice with a good partial view of the ocean on the balcony. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to sleep well.

The elevators might be the most frustrating part of our stay. At peak hours, especially on weekends, you could wait for 15 minutes for an elevator. There are only 4 available and there are 12 floors. Most of the time we didn't wait more than 5 minutes, but at worst we waited 20 minutes. The badge tap on our room was a little janky, you had to tap it a couple times to get it to unlock. It wasn't that big of an inconvenience but the plate of the reader was also damaged on ours. The toilet was hard to flush, you had to hold the handle down for the whole flush to get it to go, and it still sometimes didn't flush all the way.

The beds were comfortable, clean hotel and staff was very friendly!

The front desk ladies were a bit short and rude.
