The many pools and location was nice.

Room was not clean, multiple things broke, not a functional layout with the kitchen. Pools were dirty. Staff wasn’t friendly.

This property was clean, updated, and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and very welcoming. My kids really enjoyed the many water options available, which helped keep the traffic down as everyone wasn’t at the same location. We also enjoyed the bowling alley, mini store and Starbucks options. Very convenient.

I was a little irritated that the outside restaurant only serves lunch and isn’t extended to dinner. It closes at 4pm, which is too early in my opinion. The staff sent us down there, only to find that it was closed. Would’ve been nice to sit outside with our kids and enjoy a sandwich or burger. I also wish there was an actual dining restaurant. One where you can go sit down and be served be a waiter. Oh and our room did say beach view but we actually didn’t get one. We were facing the children’s splash pad and there was nearly zero beach view, so that was disappointing but not a reason to not book again.

The room, the bathroom shower always stayed clogged, the mini fridge was in a closet, and if you needed towels or anything you had to wait til they made their rounds in the morning at a certain time or you couldn't get any
