The room was good and clean.View was nice and my kids loved the pools.

The smell especially walking up and down stairway

The staff were welcoming and pleasant.

The room smelled of old cooking oil from the kitchen. It looked as though it dripped down the stove and was never cleaned. Under the air conditioning unit was a pile of dust and lint build up from the unit. It says non-smoking but the minute we walked out of our door and down the hallway you could smell it several times of the day. So much for family friendly.

Room was decent and bedding was comfortable. Resort offered bowling with an arcade, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tubs and children’s pools along with a small lazy river. They have a restaurant that offers breakfast. Staff was courteous.

No supervision with the pools and hot tubs. Children running around the pool areas.The property is smoke free, but guests were still vaping. Cleaning crew never came to our room to bring new towels.

It had everything you needed and never have to leave to go pick up anything if you don’t want to

We have stayed at Coral Beach 3 times now, and have always had a good experience. The location is great and the pools and outdoor spaces are always well taken care of. We stayed in an Oceanfront Family Suite and also had very comfy beds.
