Easy check in and check out, staff was very helpful and friendly, room was very clean and comfortable and I really appreciated the text messages checking to see how our stay was going. Also appreciated the female security guard making rounds at the pool area to make sure things were going well. We have stayed at this resort before and have always been very happy with our service. Looking forward to our next trip there.

The amenities!

My room was not clean to say the least. Staff at poolside bar was moody and at times unpleasant! My burners did not work.

The staff were great! The location was perfect.

Everything attached to our tower was under construction, and it seemed to make the other pools and the lazy river much more crowded
