Location near the beach

I will not return to those motel ever in my life. When we first went to check in we heard the staff arguing and cussing at each other and then was greeted by rude attitudes when we simply asked where our room was like we were inconveniencing them. Then on our second day we decided to see the sun rise at the beach and then proceeded to try to come back to the room to which our code suddenly did not work. We had to wait almost 2 hours to even hear a response from anyone despite urgency due to my partner needing his insulin that was in the room while his blood sugar sat at 400 until they responded with not an apology for the situation but an unprofessional “don’t you have a code?” And again as if their crappy room/door wasn’t the issue, but us being there was. Didn’t offer to compensate in any way despite the medial emergency and did not offer even a late check out even though we were not even able to use our room for 2 hours. This is by far the worst staffed hotel I have ever been to with staff that simply acts as if you are ruining their day despite them ruining your stay. No apology for the key pad locking us out and us losing time in our highly overpriced tiny room that definitely wasn’t a queen bed, no empathy or urgency or even an apology for something that could’ve turned deadly due to their lack of care and staffing unprofessional rude staff. A one night beach trip turned into the worst stays of my life.

Nice and clean

How close we was to the ocean view, staff was very nice and kept everything clean around the area. Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels. Cute roomy room, nice big bathroom with amazing shower and the room in it.

The only thing we didn't like was the pass code didn't work for me to get into my room so I had to carry a key around. But they did try their best to fix it!
