This odds where we stay everyone we come to the beach. Never had a bad thing to say about the sand dunes. Staff and room were excellent. Pricing was great. Concurrent to the pier for fishing and will come again. Thank you

The stairs. I’m on oxygen and I had a real hard time with the stairs. Maybe next time I can get a room on the ground floor

The location was good.

We rented two rooms for the weekend and on arrival we went to rooms and as you open the doors the musky mildew smell about knocked us out in both rooms. After contacting hotel through text, they moved us to 2 more rooms and one room was fine but the other had the musky smell also and sand bags at the door. We messaged the people again and they moved us from a king room to a double room with no kitchen and no sink in bathroom. The bathroom was on the opposite side of the wall near the beds. They put us on the second floor, they DON’T have an elevator, without asking if we could climb stairs. The air conditioner didn’t work good and the hot water didn’t get hot in shower. My mother was awaken the next morning by construction happening in the room above her. They had power tools and hammers just a going. We had about 3 hours before checkout and had fished all night on pier. When we complained to the front office, the girl said she would give us about 30 minutes to get woke up so they could work putting the floor in upstairs. This place has no respect for people staying here. They like to cater more to the regulars that stay all the time, that came the mouth of one of the guys that stays at least once a month to fish. Needless to say that this is NOT a 4.5 star hotel or like 2.5!! For what we paid we expected to be treated with some kind of respect but we were not!!

I cooked a pizza in the oven and the fire alarm went off several times. Needs cleaning.

Great location! It was nice to have the hotel pool right next to the beach. Nice little room balcony.

On the beach which was perfect! Hotel is old but has charm.

This place is in walking distance of the pier, a store, restaurants, ect. The beds and pillows were very comfortable which is a HUGE deal to me! The beach is only a few feet away, the pool was open and clean and there is a little gazebo area with grills you can use Will definitely be staying here next time we visit!
