Hotel ataff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Not enough water pressure in the shower head

There were large groups of teenagers there that dominated the pool. The reason for our stay was with our grandchildren who were forced into a small space in the pool on Friday, couldn’t use it at all on Saturday because of the numbers in the pool and finally got to use the pool for a while Sunday before we had to leave.

Huge room, lots of amenities.

The key maker was down which made the stay very difficult. We were unable to leave the room without being escorted back up, so did not feel we could easily come and go throughout the hotel, to the pool, out to our car, etc. There should be backup plans for issues like this.

Spacious rooms, variety of food with breakfast. Friendly staff

The other rude guest with lots of kids that kept cutting in front of people in the breakfast line, dripping syrup all over the counter, and leaving their trash for the staff to clean up. Your staff was working very hard and as soon as she would bring more food out this family would take the whole tray of bacon or whatever she brought. Not your fault just a bad mannered family
