The staff were rude and unhelpful. I was told that there was only one room on my reservation and then was charged for two. When I explained this to the assistant manager, she was argument blamed me for her mistake. The place was nice, but the experience was terrible.

really nice & affordable place, especially for being so close to van andel arena and the airport. was very clean and staff was super friendly. easy check in & check out and the breakfast was really good!!
