Didn't stay was to bad

Smelled really bad, our newly renovated room stank of smoke but at least the walls were clean. We booked there for the pool & it’s closed for the season

This property is undergoing renovations & needs a lot of TLC. The mini fridge’s door was sprung so we had to get ice for our lunch meat. The towels had rust stains on them. The manager/owner offered to put us in a different room after 1 night, but we didn’t want to move our items. He was very apologetic & supportive.

What you would expect for the price. Very nice staff.

1. The room was clearly not cleaned (as an example, urine on the toilet seat and around the toilet). Dirty walls, towels, cobwebs in the corners, safety bar broken off. 2. On night 3, a large fight broke out in the hallway with 10-15 individuals. The hotel management was in the middle of it. No police called, no action to mitigate. It lasted for at least 15-20 minutes. 3. I should have left on the first night (I stayed 3). I travel on average 80-90 nights per year - by far worst hotel in the last 15 years.

Place is absolutely disgusting!! No way i could sleep in a place like this. I turned around and left once i looked at my room. Didnt even bother getting a refund because it took 45 minutes to check in.

Cigarettes

Accommodation was disgusting filthy, sheets soiled/stained apparently all were - we left immediately and booked elsewhere - we have a case pending with hotels.com - the desk clerk told us to contact you to get our funds returned. This should be struck from hotels.com.

Lady at the front desk was horrible, tried to make us pay an extra $50 bucks because we paid the site and not her, finally got to the room, smelt like cigarettes and it wasn’t a smoking room. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom like a pipe had busted and the floor was wet by the a/c unit. The bed wasn’t comfortable and they only give you 2 pillows. The tv remote didn’t work and the door to the other room was kicked in at one point and never fixed. So the only thing holding it on was the lock itself. The door into the hotel room was hard to shut and lock.
