MY HOME & SUITES MADISON

I got there and the reserved room was no longer available, no vacancies. I would have appreciated some sort of notification. I then tried to scramble and booked a La Quinta down the road and realized after that since it was just past midnight that sunday check in was not until 3 pm later on Sunday. I tried to cancel and was not allowed to be refunded only after having booked online with you guys a mere 10 minutes before realizing the problem and trying to cancel. I lost $140 dollars and never got a room and had to drive home in the middle of the night.

I have stayed at a handful of low priced hotels in the past when I just needed a stopover place to sleep. This place was the absolute worst. It is the filthiest, stinkiest, and shadiest hotel I have ever entered. My stay lasted all of 10 minutes. I left after walking from the lobby to the room. I have never done that. It was literally that bad of a vibe. I am astonished that the local health department allows this place to operate. Stay away from this nightmare scenario.

Very poor condition of this place. Had to have a microwave brought in then had to carry it in ourselves. Room smelled like cigarettes. Scared to walk on floor barefoot. And the refrigerator smelled horrible. We also had to get the remote for the tv. If we had t gotten back so late we would have found another place to go.

No lights except bathroom, TV quit working, no wash cloths or towels, no hot water, lights at bed didn't work, room and bathroom wasn't cleaned, sheets weren't changed. Noone at front desk to address issues.

It’s 10pm I don’t have a key or a door. This is crazy!

The room I hit at first had no shower curtain and the bathtub looked like it had been a year since cleaned and the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet so I went to front desk and told them I would leave even without refund so they put me in a different room it was ok but overall I would not recommend this place very poor

First room not even in good condition. Given second room. Had to ask to have floor vacuumed. Floor still sticky and needed to be cleaned. Toilet needed a new flap as it would refill several times a night. Asked to get it fixed witch they did not. Sink sprayed water everywhere. No linen or towel change during 3 day stay. Had to ask for soap. At times could find no one at front desk when needed. Place still had old Red Roof Inn sign up and state health Dept. information up as location had changed names recently. Poorly maintained location, poorly staffed, would not recommend this place to anyone. Paid to much. Had no complimentary breakfast either. Paid over $350.00 for the 3 night stay. RIP OFF!

It was a ok 👌 stay not bad

Hallway and rooms smelled of smoke, burn holes in bedding, yellow sticky substance on wall, white film on dresser and trash on floor in bathroom… after trying to get into the room with two keys that failed only for an employee to unlock the door. Requested refund but was only offered a different room which was not much better and did not have working air. Refused to give refund and can’t get owner to return call. Needless to say didn’t stay there and would not recommend!!!

Please drop this hotel from the list it is horrible condition and unsafe drug dealers and prostitution spot, unclean facilities insects crowded on the floor and bed. Dirty bedsheets and towels no adequate light. Un safe they have long term resident walking on the hallway all night long smoking weeds. No peaceful sleep that I was afraid someone might break in to my room.
