The room was clean and had a great view! The staff were friendly and welcoming.

I loved how friendly everyone who was visiting and working at the hotel was. I love the privacy and view.

I didn’t like that the hotel took $200 from my card at the time of my stay holding it for 5-10 days. I wasn’t informed on the hold the hotel does on your card on file, it was very inconvenient for me. By that happening they took all of the money I had to my name at the moment for that hold.

This is our second stay here, and in my opinion the best bet in Dallas. l've stayed a couple times at the Ritz Carlton, Dallas and a few times at the Mansion on Turtle Creek, and this is a much better all around experience, and for half the cost! The building is literally only a couple of years old, no bad smells anywhere, everything is new and fresh, the rooms are very quiet and modern with good air conditioning etc. The staff is fantastic; special mention this stay to Bellman Tes, he is awesome. They also have a very good gym (for a hotel). My only mention would be the concierge lounge. Granted this is not a Ritz club lounge but still, they could offer food that has much more flavor, and better presentation and the staff could be a little bit friendlier. Last evening I was in there and I wasn't acknowledged at all (not that I'm a big deal or anything:) - but no one said a thing at all the whole time I was there. Just quite a contrast from the rest of the hotel staff. Maybe it was an off night! But none of the food was good and my spouse thought the same. Some type of a mini turkey and cheese sandwich which could be great if they just put more effort into the whole thing. Another mushy wrap which just literally had zero flavor. Some of the items had no signs out which is not good for a buffet type offering. This however will remain our go-to in Dallas, and I highly recommend it.

Amazing staff and location in Dallas. Having visited this property a dozen times over the past year, I was surprised by how many of the employees remembered my husband and me on each and every visit. Everyone from amazing guys at valet to bellman to John at the front desk made me feel sincerely welcomed. Niki and all the bartenders are top notch. Highly recommend this property, and did I mention it’s in the middle of many museums and great restaurants.

I spent 4 days here. A package was delivered late to me when I had already left the hotel. Since then, I’ve trying to contact the staff in different ways, but never received a single answer. Unprofessional and totally unacceptable.

The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. The gym was well equipped. The location was ideal for all the museums I was planning to visit.

The entrance is underwhelming. Sometimes the front desk was unmanaged and sometimes when managed I was ignored when I came in. The coffee machine in the room was difficult to use so I ended up using instant coffee. The hot water coming out of the machine splattered over de floor.

Our stay was lovely, but not one that is reflective of a stay at a "JW," rather than a regular Marriott. It was the little things, like providing paper cups in the room rather than real cups/mugs, no minibar, also the upholstery and carpeting was subpar, they felt cheap, not something that a top tier hotel would have. We did enjoy the beautiful rooftop downtown view.
