Location and price

Bed sheets were stained, hair on the bed and floor. TV remote would not operate the TV, even after getting one from the front desk. Bathroom had towels but no bath towels to dry off with.

The location & the price

I had to move to another floor because the tv wasn’t working. Also housekeeping had dirty towels outside individuals door. I also smelled weed next door.

"Nice stay despite Booking.com messing up our reservation"

There was no breakfast service provided at this location. We were told there would be a 'to-go bag' by Booking.com and also by the night staff, but there was no such thing the next morning. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was nicely laid out, including the shelves in the shower for our shampoo, etc.

Booking.com messed up our reservation and didn't include our second room for our friends. Fortunately I was able to cancel that portion of the reservation and our friends made a new reservation just for them. I wish I would've cancelled our reservation through Booking.com and made a new reservation in person, since our friends got a cheaper rate than what we paid through Booking.
