Great location, lots of space in the rooms

The trash was full of old food, chicken pieces, etc. It smelled. And the shower wasnt cleaned. There was soap scum from the previous person all over.

Staff are kind and helpful. Rooms are cool and a step up from your typical hotel rooms, with kitchenette, large bathroom, and closet space

The first night of my stay, there was a live cockroach on my bed

This place in deceptive by the initial appearance. Its when you pull the the bedding down and not only the the sheet dirty from trash and what may have been a foot print, along side what I'm positive was pubic hair. The old food sitting in the sink was another big NASTY! Dont go to this place.

Not recommended for families with kids. We should have paid more price and stayed at the the place. I see people spitting on the elevator. I noted that the floor is so dusty.

I arrived late in the evening at my scheduled time to find out they did not have a room. They did offer a substitute in a facility several miles a way. When I returned the next day they had rooms available but did not honor my booking. They require that I get a refund from Expedia and then re-book the room (that I had originally reserved). I chose to go elsewhere. This is the second time that I've had a reservation with an Extended Stay facility and have arrived to find that they did not have a room for me. Never again.
