"Disappointed with your new hotel"

We wont stay here again, the breakfast was awful. The oatmeal you could drink with a straw, literally it was so watered down. The eggs were overcooked, the sausage links looked liked they have been simmering for 6 days all shriveled up. No Hot tub, they had a shut off switch in the pool area and no tub??

AC unit was very noisy and faced the bed making it even more intrusive. Front entry is not clearly evident and I saw several people wandering around looking for it.

Close to the airport

This hotel needs some urgent remodeling due to the fact that it’s quite dated. The hallway leading to the room is somewhat smelly. This is the accommodation Delta airlines gave me due to flight cancellation.

"Never again! Lots to learn about hospitality!!"

The only reason I would give this hotel more than zero stars is because the bed was comfortable which is a huge deal to me. However this cheap hotel has their tv subscription to Dish … in Denver … in the winter … where there is wind and snow storms. Needless to say, we had no tv or glitchy tv the whole time and our granddaughter came and stayed a night we were there so no movies for her. :(. The bartender (on duty Saturday afternoon) overcharged me for my Blue Moon. The first one was $7 (way too much, but expected) and the second was $7.50! Didn’t realize it till later. This is steeling from your customers!!! The third thing … the maid came in and changed (or made) the bed but left all the dirty towels in the bathroom. WTH!! What hotel does that? I know it’s a new place but come on Marriott!! You should be ashamed!!! And no compensation offered!!!
