Convenient location

Absolutely horrible management. No one is ever at the front desk and they make you call someone to come down to the front when it’s their job to be up there anyway. They do not follow corporate policy in regard to security deposits. They called the cops on me for asking to get my deposit back. The officer then told me that he deals with that hotel a lot and are constantly causing problems. There’s a reason why the other 14 hotels in the city have a 98% occupancy rate and this one has damn near a zero. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The staff was rude

There was nothing to like. Very dirty and not well run.

The hallways and stairwell were filthy. Needed a good power washing. The room was not clean. Bathtub dirty and dirty washcloth left in the shower. Breakfast was terrible and food ran out. Websites 10 min at front desk to tell the man we needed food refill but no one came. Don’t know who was on duty. We will never stay at a Quality Inn again. Even the glass doors into the lobby were dirty. Not well run. It was Kate or we would have switched hotels!!!
