Quality Inn & Suites Santee I-95

Covient for our event. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was large and appears to have been remodel recently.

Air in room ran constantly and never cooled to my liking. No area guide in the room, restaurants, area sites to see,etc. No TV guide or notice for internet in my room.

We stayed there for the event and staff was professional and accommodating, and rooms are clean. Will stop again whenever we are in the town

We love the Santee area. Sheets were definitely & lobby is lovely HOWEVER,

Unpleasant wasp greeting when we entered our room…took quite awhile to deal with that!! Cobwebs on ceiling, lightbulbs in lamp covered with dust. Bathroom floor filthy, fridge froze food, drinks AND most importantly our meds that require refrigeration! Luckily we always travel with bleach wipes & I suggest anyone planning on staying here to do the same.

I love the room. The beds were clean and comfortable.

I didn't like what was on tv when I was having breakfast. It would be nice to put a child approved movie

It was dirty and rundown and a dog barked Nextdoor for 4 hours even after telling staff

Nothing, absolutely nothing. The facility looked like it housed more transient workers then guests. Their policies were weird. For example, charging a $25 ( which showed up as a $29.99 pet fee) and then expected guest not to be with the pet 24/7. How?

I didn't like anything. Price tucked for the location and condition of the hotel/room. All the bedding was nasty. Sheets had stains. Not one clean towel was in the room. Mattresses on the beds were old and not firm. Pillows were old and disgusting. Bathroom was worst. Tub was disgusting as well. My family sleep in the chairs while I slept in my car. Worst stay by far.
