I wasn’t allowed check in because there wasn’t a front desk clerk available

every thing is good i can’t say anything

Some other rooms they had dog and it was very annoying and we couldn't sleep at all because the dog was barking and I hope they bring sigh by not allowing animals to this amazing hotel

everything is good & perfect i like to stay here

Rooms very clean Great location Michigan lottery amphitheater is 5 minutes away Would stay again

Could have used 2 pillows per person

On check in that person Woodspring had working is absolutely ridiculous she was one the nastiest people I’ve ever encountered at the Woodspring and I stay there often on my work trips. I plan to report her to corporate

Beds were hard… The check in process is RIDICULOUS And the rooms are very basic

Checking in was off putting, the person that checked me in on Sept/18/25 was acting as he was tsa or something, asking me to take off my mask among other things I’ve never experienced, but I got through that…on Sept/30/25 approx. 0915 I went out to the grocery store and when I returned I couldn’t get into my room when I arrived at the the counter to activate my key I was hit with the rudest and nasty looking person I’ve ever encountered and I travel all over this country for work. she had red faux dreads and was just a disgusting person I wanted to speak with the other person that was working I thought he was intervening bc of her nasty attitude, she activated one key I told her I needed two but she literally started helping another guest behind me the guest themself said “just go ahead and finish taking care of her” I said yep that’s the way it usually works. On Sept/19/25 I actually extended but had I encountered this person I definitely wouldn’t have. I must say as long as I’ve stayed with Woodspring this is the only time I’ve experienced such behavior.
