"Relaxing. Probably won’t stay here again due to being overcharged."

It was quiet for the most part.

My debit card was charged twice for the incidental deposit and I was told that I would be refunded both charges of $100 and I was only refunded on of the charges for $100.

"I will NEVER book here again!"

Location for what I needed was decent.

Kiosk with no in person customer service. The room had a strange oder. The bed was not comfortable. The cable tv nor streaming worked. I left after about an hour because the Oder was so strong and unpleasant. I was charged by Booking.com AND WoodSpring. I am not happy about the two charges especially because I didn’t even stay the night. I will NEVER book here again!

"Would not recommend hotel"

Room was updated. Heat worked. Door locked.

Check in took a very long time. Had to scan keys several times before door would open. When arrived back to hotel keys did not work and it took over an hour to get someone to fix the keys. They need on site staff. Remote control did not work to the tv. No wash clothes present in the room

"Not pleasant"

Location and it was clean

The check-in process was horrible after 25 minutes we got the keys we went to the room. It was a clean I’ll give you that, but it was the most uncomfortable beds and pillows ever. And then when we left in the morning at the checkout, she didn’t ask me what room that I’m taking off from didn’t give me no receipts. I have to tell her what to do basically and it still didn’t get no receipt.
