"Please give me my money back. The hotel canceled reservation, not me. I just want my money back."

The General Manager canceled my reservations a day before arrival. I am still trying to get my money back. I had to find accommodations at another hotel, additional costs. Upon a simple phone inquiry, oddly, he randomly claimed I had an attitude problem, stated I was not welcome on any of their properties and canceled my reservation. Said it was his power and right. Imagine my shock when my request was simple and there was a simple resolution on the website. DO NOT trust these people. It honestly feels like a financial scam. And the GM is the key master.

Never was told anything about breakfast plus the T.V. didn't work. The location was nice.

Had to work before staff had to work and got back from work staff was already clocked out.

They are only good if you plan on staying a while

You have the buy the dishes they come beating on the door exactly at 11 and it’s not the clean but I being my own cleaning stuff anyways
