"I don’t have anything to say"

There was literally nuthin in the room besides towels & a bar of soap. The bed was hard. Not firm hard. I slept terribly. Pillows were beat. But I guess I should have known better for the price. But it looks like a new place so I gave it a try. There was no ice machine & a virtual front desk is crazy. Tub was stopped up as well. I had to wear my flip flops.

"Affordable stay after a concert to avoid a long drive home, worth the money."

The price was perfect for a quick overnight trip without breaking the bank. Also, the woman working, who lives onsite, was incredibly pleasant and helpful. She was the gem of the hotel.

Cleanliness wasn't the strong suit, there was hair in the bed, a giant hair wad on the floor and the floor was sticky to walk barefooted.

The staff, Cedric amd his teammates, made my daughter and I very comfortable. We felt safe and the place was so clean. I Mean the entire hotel. I've stayed at Woodspring Suites elsewhere and this site is definitely on par with what ive become accustomed to expecting out of Woodspring Suites. I was not unhappy at all. Although I will say, as a marketing idea, you guys are located in the heart of a shopping and eating district so a shuttle to those places may be a good idea for the permanent residents you house. Just an idea.

"lesson learned"

That the stay was over.

after traveling 8 hrs. I was expecting to grab a key and go to sleep. Having to wait 20-mins for the virtual clerk was a pain. she wanted to charge me after repeatedly telling her I already paid. Not having a front desk staff is an issue. one of the key cards stopped working as well.
