Booked double bed room online and paid. Got to hotel receptionist said no rooms available. Had to go to booking .com to cancel. No number for booking.com. Going through hell to get a refund. Never again

The location was convenient.

The staff wasn’t professional, it was a lady hanging out in her bathroom at the counter talking to the employee. The pillows were extremely flat. There was no remote control for the tv. We went to the front desk asking for one. No one ever brought us one. We couldn’t watch tv. It was only one two in the room and there was two of us. It was a lot of people standing out side smoking. It wasn’t a very appealing site.

Property is close to University is the only thing I like it.

Overall, very poor service, lack of professionalism, and no accountability. This was a highly stressful and disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this property.
