I like how spacious the room was, it had a fridge, a big Tv, a microwave and spacious bathroom and clothes hangers.

The bed was a bit small, dont think it was a queen and we ordered the room with a roll in shower but got a normal bath tub instead. Also the bed and corners of the room was a bit dirty everything else was clean to the eye, and we were given a used shampoo bottle. Did not use it I trashed it.

I had an extended stay at this hotel, and overall, there are several positive aspects worth highlighting. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and a gym, which made daily life very convenient. The staff is consistently kind and always willing to help, which makes a big difference in the overall experience. I’d especially like to give a shout-out to Michael, who was wonderful, empathetic, and extremely professional throughout our stay. It’s also clear that the team makes an effort to maintain cleanliness in the general areas. Another very positive point is that towels and linens could be changed whenever needed—any replacements we requested were promptly provided, which we really appreciated during a longer stay.

That said, there are a few areas that need improvement. The elevator, for example, could use more attention. The mat inside is often dirty and has an unpleasant smell, which could easily be addressed. The laundry room was another concern—it appeared as though it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while, with dirty floors and machines, both outside and even inside some washers. The biggest issue during our stay (4-weeks total) was the noise. While I understand that some of this depends on other guests, the hotel does not seem to enforce quiet hours. For two weeks, we dealt with extremely loud neighbors across the hall—running, shouting, knocking on our door, dogs barking, and hosting late-night gatherings that went on until 3 a.m. The police were even called twice during that week. In the following two weeks, we experienced ongoing loud noise from the room next door at 5:30 in the morning, which made it very difficult to rest, I mean, almost every day! Unfortunately, these repeated disturbances significantly affected our stay. It’s disappointing because the hotel has great potential, and the price is very reasonable. However, without clear and enforced quiet policies, the overall quality of the experience suffers. For that reason, despite the positives, we would not choose to stay here again.

The room itself was clean and the AC worked. We liked having a full-size fridge and microwave and there was plenty of parking.

We asked for towels 3 times in-person, on the phone, and in the app for our 2-night stay with 4 people… We received 1 towel, 4 washcloths, and 2 bathmats. We literally had to DoorDash 4 towels and washcloths to the hotel so we could bathe. There was also NO shower curtain. Initially we were told they were out of towels and that they would provide them first thing on Sunday morning. Then when we inquired again, we were told, “That’s all we got.” Staff were often not available during daytime hours as the metal garage in the lobby was closed. We understood there was no breakfast provided but there was also no coffee maker in the room or on the premises.
