Spur of the moment trip left us sleepy in Mena and looking for a bed last minute. We found this little spot and it looks like an older motel that they are fixing up. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The staff was friendly and there was a coffee maker in the room.

This property fully met my basic requirements: safe, clean, no bed bugs, working A/C, shower and refrigerator. Towels, shampoo, soap provided and the Wi-Fi worked. Front office staff were very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns in just a couple minutes. Walmart is literally a next-door walk and gas stations are across the street. I gave property conditions 4-star because this new owner is doing their best to renovate rooms from the previous owner and should finish in 2025. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was friendly and fast. Property is located beside a Walmart, which was very convenient. The property was clean, but our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Decent lodging for the price.

Hotel wasn’t the nicest I’ve ever stayed in, but the staff was nice, bed was clean, and AC worked well. Pet policy was nice, and price was fair for what the room was. My only negative comment is that we were supposed to have a non-smoking room and there was a distinct cigarette smell.

Was very concerned when we first got there it looked like we were staying at the bates motel. The room surprised us by being very big, updated to a certain point.

Flies and roaches. No bedbugs, though. Lock on the door was not secure and the door had no seal around it. Unnecessary couch in the room looked disgusting as all the flies were congregating on it. Spend the extra and go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Staff was friendly enough when I checked out less than 10 minites after checking in.

The first room was filthy, so we switched rooms. The second room was better, but still dirty. The floors & bathtub were the worst, but the beds were clean, which wasn’t the case for the 1st room. We are very, very disappointed.

This place is infested with mold. The area is run down and not family-friendly.
