Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Sheldon

I cannot say enough about how amazing the staff was. Hard emphasis on Kyrsten. She was so helpful when things went unplanned with the trip. She was so quick and friendly to get all of our concerns and needs, addressed and handled. She made the stress, less stressful.

A bare to the bones motel but everything that a traveler needs: quiet, nice rooms, clean, good breakfast, speedy checkin and checkout.

This was just a quick 1 night stay for my daughter and I. The check in staff was super friendly and welcoming. Beds are firm (daughter loved), so if you don't like firm there is that. We had a nice stay.

Needed a place to stay for 1 night in Sheldon. Booked the suite at the cobblestone and it was perfect for our family of 5. Would recommend.

The Beds are quite tall for short people! Lol

just want to say i was satisfied and happy with my stay so far rooms are clean and breakfast is good and front desk lady her name was Kari. she was on point with service, so if your in the area i highly recommend it to everyone that asks me where is a good place to stay when they go to sheldon iowa.

I really loved this hotel. I got a suite with a whirlpool and it was amazing. Very relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful when I wasn't sure where to go eat. I was there on business and would definitely return if I were in the same area again.

It was extremely damp and stinky in our room, the AC didn't work to relieve either. The beds were hard as rocks and walls were very thin (could here everyone). There were 2 people laying/sleeping on the sofas in the lobby fairly consistently in the 3 days we were there. The only real positive was were ablw to get extra towels, which we needed to put on the beds because our beds and covers were all damp. One set of sheets appeared to either be dirty or have a large stain. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

When we went to check in said we only booked one room when it clearly stated in my hotels.com confirmation it was 2 rooms. Finally got us a second room but charged us 169ish instead of the rate of 119 that I originally booked each room for as supposedly they couldn’t fix the price without the manager approval and manager was not in. Rooms were clean, did have a loud noisy fan in the hallway going for some reason? Breakfast wasn’t almost non existent, no paper plates, no juices were working, and food that was offered didn’t taste well at all
