Relax Inn & Suites

This is a dilapidated property, but it can be improved with the right management.

Everything was clean and enjoyed the coffee and facilities in the room. However they should regularly replace the coffee pods

The receptionist. The staff. They don't know anything about customer service. First of all, I wanted to check in and gave the person my name and passport, he told me that he found the booking and my card was declined. I've checked and the booking was paid and confirmed through booking.com and money taken from my account already. So basically tried to charge me twice. I had come a long way travelling and I was tired so didn't want to argue over it , he eventually found the booking after I've insisted but that experience with the receptionist was really bad and made me regret staying there

Almost everything, we had zero housekeeping until the day before we left, the bed was hard, not much of a blanket, 3 very very thin pillows. We had to go to the office to ask daily for towels, wash rags and toilet paper. If you drink coffee I recommend bringing your own stuff including coffee pot, the bathtub had rust stains, there were roaches (weed) laying all over the property,

Accommodating , friendly , comfortable, just what we were looking for .

You definitely get what you pay for.

The hotel is way out of town, not close to anything! We got in late, after 11pm and they made me stand outside for check-in. You can't park under the opening where the check out window is, so I had to park and walk across the dark parking lot and stand outside a window to check in, out in the middle of nowhere. My boyfriend went outside to smoke, and heard what he thought were gun shots. I convinced him it was fireworks, but honestly, I'm not sure. The room looked like a basic wipe down. You know, where it looks like they came in and straightened up. Hair in the floor, trash in the trash can, hair on the bathroom sink. There was something hard and crusty on the sheets. It got us threw the night, that's what mattered, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was very clean and the parking was very secure

The location was scary. Lots of police activity lots of gun shots
