The worst experience ever, they did not have wifi in my room and I needed it for work. They told me to pay extra and upgrade my room to get wifi. They started a fight, then next day canceled my booking. Hotels.com called me and was equally uncooperative. Hotels.com guy even charged me for the night that they canceled my booking. Never again this place nor hotels.com.
