The rooms are not clean, there were roaches in the room. The bed was supposed to be a queen but was more like the size of a double if not smaller as well as extremely uncomfortable. Staff were not friendly or accommodating. Upon arrival the fridge was unplugged and had a huge puddle of water underneath it. The showers had no hot water and when staff was told about the situation, their response was to run the water for about 15 minutes and see if that works. Which did not work. We ended up leaving before our stay was up and finding a new hotel all together.

Felt safe with gates. Quiet clean community. Very relaxing.

The overwhelming amount of lizards on walls, doors and sidewalks. Cob webs were in several places in the room. Toilet in room was leaking. Jacuzzi would not hold water, had to replace water several times during bath. Was only given 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for 2 people doing 2 night stay in the jacuzzi room. Would have appreciated more towels due to the floor becoming very slippery when wet after getting out of the jacuzzi!

The prices went up because of the essence festival, which is considered price gouging.
