Derby City Gaming & Hotel - A Churchill Downs Property

Very clean, nice rooms, I even won a bit in the casino.

Bed was entirely to soft, and there was not enough choices for dining.

The Derby City Hotel was beautiful. The rooms were very spacious. With modern amenities. There is plenty of sunlight in the room. If that's not your thing, they had dark drapes. The room included a day bed. With plenty of mirrors, there is no need to share. A desk work space. With plenty of storage space. The walls weren't paper thin. Large televisions, with Netflix and other steam services available. There is no tub , but there was a beautiful larger shower. Coffee pot available to make coffee in your room. It also included a refrigerator. Beautifully decorated rooms with two large queen beds. It features Kentucky Derby themes. That was great. The room also included a large chair for relaxing. Overall, the rooms are really nice.

I had an incident in the casino area with an employee that I won't talk about until there is a resolution.

Spacious comfortable rooms bar staff in casino were lovely to deal with. Helpful to some first time Aussies visiting USA

The property was clean and well maintained.

The only thing that needs changed is possibly a separate parking area for hotel guests. The property was beautiful.

They allowed me to check out and be refunded
