"This is a very good place to live in for travelers to San Francisco."

The location is perfect. It is located close to the union square, convenient to everything. And the hotel price is rather cheap compared to any other hotels in that area.

No laundry servcie to guests. No breakfast available. And the facilities are rather old.

"Small, but worth it."

location is great. The room is small, but for the price and location, it's fantastic.

I had booked twin beds, which are a bit small. Charger are still USB-A, which seems a chronic issue in the US. Also, the plugs next to the bed switched off with the light, so charging phones overnight was a mess. This isn't ideal and is not marked anywhere.
