Rude staff.

찾아가기 쉽다. 그러나 경사가 져있어서 짐이 많으면 걸어가기 어렵다.

방은 너무 춥고 이불은 너무 얇았어요. 창문이 바람을 안막아줬어요. 화장실 온수 조절이 어렵고 세면대에 머리카락이 몇 개 떨어져 있었어요. 방에서 이상한 냄새와 악취가 났어요. 옷에 냄새가 베여서 너무 괴로웠어요. 보증금이 250달러로 너무 높고 돌려받는 데 일주일 이상 걸렸어요. 최대 한달까지도 걸린다고 하는데, 직원한테 물어볼 때마다 기간이 달라졌고, 왜 이렇게 많이 받는지도 이해가 안돼요. 헤어 드라이어는 1층에서 요청해서 받아가야 합니다. 전기는 방 불을 켰을 때만 사용이 가능해서 불편했어요.

The staff is all wired. Especially a guy with a tattoo on his right forearm. He is not helpful at all, judging us, stressing us, and is not comfortable talking with us at all. Their security policies are very weird. We have to show and tell them our room key, names, and even IDs every single time we come back to the room. The hotel is located downtown, where a lot of homeless people wander around, so maybe that's why. Their deposit system is very frustrating. They take $250 for the deposit, which is a lot for us. They said it's for the facilities, but technically, most of the interiors are already broken, so I have been worried that they will shift the blame for the already existing malfunction to us. The room was of bare minimum quality. The shower takes 5 mins to prepare warm water, and we took so long to figure out how to stop the water. Most of the outlets are not available. They don't have AC, and the only window is facing the wall of the building next to the hotel.

location is excellent, courteous and accommodating staff, clean even though the building is old
