Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed.

I would like to have a kettle and a couple of tea bags in the room. Perhaps because the building is not new, there is a slight smell of an old building upon entering the hotel.

Nothing we didn't get a chance to enjoy it

The deposit was absolutely ridiculous we ended up moving along they were at least nice enough to let me cancel we were pretty much labeled and judged right away and they did not want us staying there I think they thought we were ruffein drug addicts we had a ruff day is all

Nothing, bad attitudes assumptions they can commit fraud and no one would notice

They are a fraudulent business operating under the false ruse of professionals

Location

Housekeeping service was only available until 1:00 PM. On one occasion, our room had not been cleaned when we returned at 4:00 PM. When we requested service, we were told that housekeeping records showed we had asked not to have the room cleaned, which was not the case. Additionally, when we requested fresh towels, reception informed us that I needed to bring the used towels down myself and collect clean ones personally.

Os chuveiros são ruins. É muito difícil conseguir ajustar a temperatura da água. Falta MUITA empatia da equipe de gestão. Tive um problema com o pagamento da viagem e eles simplesmente cancelaram minha reserva, mesmo eu ligando, explicando que estava acontecendo algum erro com meu cartão, que eu estava embarcando no avião e não tinha condições de resolver o problema naquele momento e que chegaria lá dentro de 15 horas, com mais 4 clientes e que não poderia ficar sem hotel. Simplesmente disseram que não iriam segurar a reserva, que iam cancelar e não quiseram entender minha situação. Não foi uma postura amigável e isso me gerou um transtorno enorme. Poderiam ter tido mais empatia.

I enjoyed how comfortable the bed was and how nice the room looked

I didn’t like that the outlets for charging your phone were tied to a light switch, you had to turn the light switch on, but then you had to also turn the lamps off so you could charge your phone overnight

They tried to scam me. They canceled my reservation one hour and a half before I get there. And when I called, they said go back to Booking.com and book again when I did that the booking price went up $500 than usual.
