Bywater Suite Hotel

It was a gated facility, nice pool, clean, friendly/helpful staff

That parking wasn’t free and was not very well advertised to pay for parking when booking room.

I loved the location and how secure the property was. The suite was also very clean quiet and comfortable

Great value for 4 friends traveling for Jazzfest--we each got our own bedroom and bathroom for the same price as an Airbnb! (We rented two suites.) Also loved the pool.

Hot tub was broken during our stay, and a 4pm check-in seems kind of late. Also, one of the bedrooms in each suite didn't have a window, which wasn't totally clear from the pictures or description.

The Suite was very spacious and comfortable with full kitchen, washer and dryer.

The sound fr AC units or the perhaps the hot tub was very loud. Our room was on the second floor and we could hear this loud sound constantly.

Well located. The pool would have been nice if we could have used it!

Service, service, service. No one is ever at front desk to help with questions, getting towels, restocking bathroom. The sliding doors are hard to work sometimes and can get stuck. Not super clean - lots of dust under the bed.

I thought it was a decent amount of space. It was a close walk to a few bars and restaurants and the Bywater neighborhood. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed.

It was exactly as I expected, no issues.

Modern appliances in the rooms. Comfortable beds and good shower.

Pool looked cloudy the entire time we were there. Not inviting at all. Hot tub was lukewarm at best.
