Very clean room. Welcoming staff. Close proximity to the subway station. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Great value

There were not enough elevators for the number of people. Breakfast was very busy. The blanket for the pull out couch had an odd texture.

Demasiada gente en el desayuno, el espacio y número de mesas era limitado

Me parece fatal que no nos hagan devuelto la fianza , hemos llamado y supuestamente había que esperar unos días hasta cierta fecha , y ya ha paaado muchas semanas y nada que nos devuelven la fianza y había quedado todo súper bien en el cuarto del hotel , decepción total

Stanza enorme , cucina ben attrezzata e già con primo kit incluso di spugna, lavapiatti e un detersivo per lavastoviglie. Manca lo scolapasta ma siamo negli USA. C’è un ferro da stiro, un asciugacapelli potente, shampoo, balsamo e doccia schiuma all’interno del box doccia( molto grande) Mobile bagno spazioso con un ampio appoggio per tutto ( non scontato per gli standard di NY) SmarTv enorme dove ho potuto collegare il mio account Netflix Pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani. Il divano letto per nostro figlio di 5 anni è andato più che bene per un adulto forse il materasso è scomodo Il letto king size invece comodissimo Colazione ben fornita e se, come noi, fai colazione presto eviti tutta la calca dell’ora di punta e non avrai problemi a trovare posto a sedere. Pop corn tutti i pomeriggi e caffè /the gratuiti tutto il giorno Personale molto cortese Per essere a 4 fermate da Bryan Park ha un’ottima qualità prezzo e lo stra consiglio

L’unica pecca è l’insonorizzazione della camera verso l’esterno, si sentivano tutti i rumori della strada ecc. nonostante fossimo al 15esimo piano Purtroppo il quartiere non è dei migliori ma in 10 giorni non abbiamo mai avuto nessun problema. Sembra un ghetto ma la polizia gira continuamente e nessuno ci hai mai creato problemi. A 10 minuti c’è la metro linea M che nel weekend diventa linea F

Das Appartement war genauso wie beschrieben. Gutes Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. Bei Probleme wurde sofort geholfen. Prima Zimmerservice.

Location was good as we could often take one subway into main Manhattan. The staff at reception were really friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was amenties were good and the hotel offered different meat breafast options each day. Plenty of options for a healthy breakfast. Bed was really comfy and we were pleased that there was a kitchenette.

The breakfast area is extremely busy in the morning. It appears that the hotel need to allocate more space to acomodate the amount of people having breakfast.
