El personal muy amable. El desayuno bastante bueno para USA. El gimnasio también bien. Tienen el detalle de darte agua al llegar y palomitas gratis todos los días. Aunque está en Queens, el metro está cerca y enseguida estás en Manhatan. Buena relación calidad-precio.

La limpieza de la habitación. Estuvimos cinco noches y sólo la hicieron un día. La habitación un poco pequeña para tres personas y el sofá-cama muy mejorable, con colchón muy fino y parecía una S.

La atención del personal en los desayunos, sobre todo Angie M. y Jefferson excelentes .

La atención en recepción fue poco resolutiva y desagradables en la.llegada no nos indicaron nada del hotel ni ninguan ayuda en las dudas que teníamos durante la estancia

"This is a good hotel."

The design layout of our room was very efficient and workable. Clean and well maintained. Enjoyed breakfast. Quiet room. Great city view.

Broken elevator meant there were only two to handle the morning rush to breakfast. This was inconvenient.

De grootte van de kamer. De hygiëne, ruime douche.

's Nachts is er echt heel veel herrie van nabijgelegen bedrijven. De buurt is wat minder, erg veel groepen mannen die veel lawaai maken. Het was gelukkig niet bedreigend. Soms moest je erg lang wachten op de liften. Enorm druk bij het ontbijt.

Very well maintained property. Kitchenette was quite helpful. Rooms were very comfortable. Property well maintained and clean. Reasonable on cost Evening there is pop corn machine. And 24hrs tea/coffee area. All without any extra cost.

Breakfast is just ok ! (Largely bagel muffins cream cheese etc) so for a pure vegetarian it is just bread cream and oats. However they do give fruits which is quite nice.
