"I won't stay here again"

Free parking, large refrigerator, and laundry facilities.

I was informed the night before that the room I reserved was unavailable, so I was given a different room. I was given a wheelchair accessible room, which was not properly maintained, with a dirty floor and black soles on the soles of my feet. The shower was in poor condition and did not have enough water. The closet was wheelchair accessible, so I couldn't hang my dress. The TV was not maintained, so I couldn't watch it right away and it took a long time to set it up. The air conditioner was noisy. The living space was small. The coffee maker was dirty and unusable.

"Truly wonderful Hotel"

Needed an overnight stay on my trip to California..This was the Very best hotel along the way. Very clean, the bed was so comfortable. Wish I had this hotel in every state I've stopped in..If ever I'm in need of an hotel in South Tucson it will this one

The person who checked us in was nice.

Had an issue with our room and the person at the front desk seemed put off because I asked for them to sweep and mop the floors due to a smell. Not sure if they mopped, yet they did deodrized the room. Which did not fix the smell. Coming in and out the hotel, the day staff did not engage at all. We always said hello when we walked in with little to no reply.
