Hotel 191 - Moab

I had plenty of room inside and I had the corner 1st floor unit where I parked right in front of my front door. It was nice.

The footsteps around 10pm on my second night only which was Friday.

Clean and comfortable. Good location for Moab and the National parks. No front desk so Check in was tricky, but the phone was answered right away, and door codes given and all went well.

WiFi and TV difficult, because of low signal. But considering the price, and location for national parks, you don't spend too much time in the room. And beds were comfortable.

The motel was conveniently located very close to Arches National Park, and the facilities were excellent. Considering the price, the quality was outstanding. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, the amenities, and the comfort of the bed.

The check-in process was a bit confusing. Normally, a motel has a front desk with staff, but there was no such place. I had to get help from someone at a different business, located right in the center of the motel building, to check in.

Very clean. Felt like being at home. Had almost everything needed at hotel setting.

A little pricey. A guest upstairs making noises at night. I had to call the customer service to stop it. No front desk on site

Nothing at all very surprising this property is even open it is very hazardous and dangerous to anybody's health especially elderly or somebody with a physical ailment that could slip in water leaking from the roof by the front door

Dripping from the ceiling water was falling to the floor creating a puddle in front of the front door I slipped and stubbed my toe and hit my elbow very hard there was no front desk nobody to help nobody to contact if it wasn't a younger physical man as myself elderly or physically challenged person could have a very bad experience very unsafe and possibly unhealthy because of black mold

The wifi never worked nor did the TV. When I called to get help the first time, I got hung up on. The second time I was just told that they would look into it but nobody ever came to check on it, nor was there any follow-up.

The mattresses were so hard and extremely uncomfortable.
