Hotel 191 - Moab

Property has been remodeled, looks good! The bed was cozy and it was quiet. I would probably stay again, if the rate was lower.

Waking up to a cockroach on the floor - dead, so that was good. I was surprised that I wasn't offered a discount or anything except, 'you know how it is after you spray'. I got the room to stay out of the bugs, you know.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber

Direkt an der Hauptstraße,sehr laut.Wir haben das Zimmer gewechselt. Es war nicht einfach den Türcode zu bekommen.Erst durch einen Anruf.

The price for the clean room was good.

There was no human in the office. People milling around in the parking lot on their phones, trying to figure out how to get into their rooms. You texted a key code, and it may or may not work. Ours worked and ppl were asking us to help them with their codes on their doors. We would type in the codes but it wouldn't unlock their door! When your travel weary on vacation, this flat sucked!!

Location is not within walking distance of anything, very noisy upstairs

This is a good place to stay for the price. We needed something affordable to stay for one night, so I can't speak to longer stays. Overall, it is a good place to stay for a really affordable price compared to other options around. The room appeared clean and tidy, and the ac worked.

The first thing I want to address is the unfinished flooring in our room with carpet tack strips still in place. I have two kids that saw the little cubby as a hiding place, and those are a hazard with little nails sticking up. They should at least be removed. Second, the beds are hard. Third, the rooms can be a little difficult to unlock and get into. I had a hard time trying to get the door to unlock, and I did follow the directions I was provided. There was an older generation lady here who arrived at about the same time we did and she couldn't get her door to open either so I went to help her and was able to get her into her room. The lamp in the room didn't work. Lastly, there is supposed to be wifi, but it didn't work the time we were here.

Way better than expected! Rooms were a very good size, huge TV, coffee machine made the best cup of coffee I got on my whole trip.

No staff, was a struggle getting the code to enter the room, but was able to get it after calling the number
