Hotel 191 - Moab

Very clean, comfortable bed, TV, hot water, kettle, microwave, basic toiletries.

Listing on booking said that check-in is welcome to 00:00, but there was paper posted on the reception area door that said that check in is until 20:00 and that for later check in you need to call provided numbers. WE COULD NOT REACH THOSE NUMBERS, after trying from 3 different European phone numbers. Phone calls and text messages did not go through. If we didn't have the luck to meet people who had American phone number to call them for us, we would be stranded on the street at around 23:30. We made reservation at around 19:00 and the property didn't send any message to explain checking in after 20:00.

Nice, spacious room.

The staff was virtually non existent. You had to call a number to find out how to get your key. There was not one chair in the room. I had to fetch a camp chair out of my van to have a place to sit. The view from the window was a row of storage units. Had to kill 2 bugs creeping along the floor.

No breakfast, didn't look like it was in business at first glance
