Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Boise - Meridian

Very unfriendly atmosphere. The front desk people were nice enough. We just expected so much better for the money and the sign on the building which promised “premium suites”. We weren’t given a suite. No extras like lotions, etc. The smoke alarm flashed every five seconds (no exaggeration) right over the bed. It was like being treated like an unwanted guest you didn’t want to make comfortable so that they wouldn’t stay. Only coffee in the lobby, no breakfast. Very austere and unfriendly. I won’t stay here again. I could’ve stayed at a Super8 and got better for less.

we left some prescriptions and jewelry in our room after checking out and they texted us and then sent it to us - that is definitely 5 star service !!!

This hotel was great for a quick stay when we left to our next destination.

Location

Not that clean. Not well stocked and when we requested more towels (cause we only had 1), extra pillows, hangers (we didn’t have any) and some cups (because we didn’t have any) we were told that we had to come to the front and carry all that to our room ourselves. You could not request any type of room service before their 7 day service. If you need the trash taken out you had to take it to the dumpster yourself. If you put it in the hallway for them to take you were charged $25. If you wanted clean linens you had to strip the bed yourself, bring the dirty ones to the front desk, get clean ones and make the bed yourself. The breakfast didn’t have many options even for a continental one. No drinks besides coffee, not even water. All in all I would not recommend this hotel.

It was a very nice hotel and we really enjoyed the room. My only thing is-the "breakfast" is not a breakfast. It is a coffee bar. I chose the hotel for the breakfast so that one meal would be out of the way. But it's not breakfast. Needs to be readdressed and not on the listing.

Had to ask for everything that are usually supplied at other hotels. Dishes for kitchenette, extra towels, blankets, hair dryer and so on. Service was great but hotel amenities are lacking for the price.

Didn't like that there was No coffee pot in room. I dont think you should have to ask for one. No complimentary soap, shampoo, take out the trash. Take down dirty towels. $150 was way to much to pay for a night. Then $28.50 on top if that for a dog.

Noah was great! Everyone was friendly. I have had better breakfasts at other places but it was okay.
